Ingredients
- 1lb Lean ground turkey
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 cup Frozen corn, thawed
- ½ cup Water
- 3 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Hot pepper sauce
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Ground cumin
- 16oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Corn chips or tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the turkey and onion.
- Drain if needed.
- Pour the turkey mixture into a 4qt slow cooker.
- Add the drained cans of beans, Rotel, corn, water, chili powder, oregano, pepper sauce, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Mix until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Stir and serve.
