Christmas Wreath Cupcakes

Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 Chocolate cupcakes
  • 1 stick Butter, softened
  • 2 cups Icing sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp Milk
  • Kelly green gel food coloring
  • 2-3 oz. Yellow fondant
  • Multi-colored candies

Instructions

  1. Before decorating, be sure that your cupcakes are cool to the touch.
  2. Using an electric mixture, beat together softened butter, icing sugar and milk until smooth.
  3. Color with gel food coloring and mix on high until completely tinted.
  4. Using a frosting bag, dot around the circumference of each cupcake, making two “rows.”
  5. Roll fondant into ½ inch spheres and then shape into little stars (you’ll need 12 of them).
  6. Place one on each cupcake. Add multi-colored candies and serve. Enjoy and happy holidays!
