Ingredients

Fruit Skewers

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Mandarin Orange Segments
  • Fresh Pineapple
  • Green Grapes
  • Blueberries
  • Purple Grapes
  • Blackberries
  • Large Marshmallows
  • Bamboo Skewers

Fruit Dip 

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. Sour cream
  • 1 cup Sugar 
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Rinse fruit well and drain in a colander.
  2. Cut pineapple into bite sized chunks.
  3. With a knife, trim the tops off strawberries.
  4. Wash, trim, and peel all fruits as needed.
  5. Put together the rainbow fruit skewers by piercing each piece of fruit and sliding it down the skewer in this order: blackberry, purple grape, blueberry, green grape, pineapple chunk, orange segment, strawberry, raspberry, marshmallow
  6. To make the cream cheese fruit dip, add all ingredients to a mixing bowl
  7. Next, use an electric mixer to blend all the ingredients together until they are smooth and creamy.
