PF Chang's Instant Pot Lettuce Wraps
Craving some Asian-inspired cuisine? Whip up these PF Chang's copycat Instant Pot lettuce wraps in a quick 15 minutes for dinner!
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 8 oz Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 head Butter Lettuce or Romaine Lettuce
- 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Low Salt Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes, optional
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Low Salt Soy Sauce
- 1 splash Rice Vinegar
- Press sauté mode on Instant Pot.
- Sauté your ground chicken and chopped onions until the meat is no longer pink.
- While the chicken and onions cook, mix together all ingredients for the sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add in the sauce.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Press cancel to turn off sauté mode.
- Close the Instant Pot with the lid and close the value.
- Turn on the Instant Pot on to High Pressure for 2 minutes.
- When the cooking has finished, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken and sauce simmer, mix all ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- After 10 minutes, manually release.
- Unscrew the lid and remove it.
- Select cancel, and then sauté mode.
- Add in the chopped water chestnuts and allow the mixture to thicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add in the green onions.
- Stir well.
