How to Make Taco Dip
To make this flavorful appetizer, you’ll need ground beef, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and sour cream.
Toppings include chopped green onions, sliced jalapenos, cherry tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese. I like to use the thicker shredded cheese to make sure that the cheese stays put and doesn’t affect the consistency of the dip.
You can even make it a bit more spicy by adding pico de gallo.
The Mexican dip is served warm with corn chips, tortilla chips, or scoop it up with celery sticks for a low carb option. You really can’t go wrong with any type of chips.
