Valentine Chocolate Bark

Valentine Chocolate Bark
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Additional Time 1 hour
Total Time 1 hour 17 minutes


  • 1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers
  • 1 cup Butter
  • ½ cup Light brown sugar
  • 12 oz Milk chocolate chips
  • Valentine sprinkles


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay the saltine crackers in single layer on top pf parchment paper.
  4. Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan over medium high heat.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly, while working quickly as it will begin to cool.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes.
  8. Remove the mixture from oven, sprinkle it with chocolate chips and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, spread chocolate evenly, and top with your choice of Valentine sprinkles.
  10. Refrigerate the bark for one hour to cool, then break it into pieces.
